Is there a free version?+
Yes. The Free plan is £0/month and includes the whole business system — diary, customers, quotes, invoicing, payments, parts, staff, bays, business intelligence, accounting, MOT reminders, inspections and the customer portal. Card payments taken through 10mil cost 3.99% per transaction, which includes Stripe’s processing cost. The one paid plan, Master (£49.99/month, 50 credits included), unlocks the AI Tool Box: Master Mind, AI Master Tech, AI Assistant, HaynesPro data and AI labour estimates. An AI Receptionist is coming soon.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. 10mil is a Progressive Web App — install it on iOS or Android with one tap. No App Store download, instant updates, works on any device with a browser.
Can I use it for MOT reminders?+
Yes. Once you switch them on in Settings, 10mil emails your customers in your workshop's name 28 days and 7 days before their MOT is due. 10mil does not send road-tax reminders to customers.
Will it replace my accounting software?+
It can. 10mil includes VAT-ready P&L reports, expense tracking and a VAT return builder (direct HMRC MTD submission is coming soon). It also syncs with Xero (QuickBooks — coming soon) if you'd rather keep your existing accountant's tools.
