MOT reminders that bring customers back, automatically.

Every car on your books has an MOT due date. 10mil tracks it for you and emails your customer before it's due, in your workshop's name, with a button to book in with you.

How it works

1. Add a customer and their reg. 10mil looks up the vehicle and its MOT due date.
2. Switch on customer reminders in Settings. You see a preview of exactly who would be emailed before anything is sent.
3. Your customers get a reminder 28 days and 7 days before their MOT is due.
4. They tap "Book your MOT" and the booking comes to you.

• Their vehicle, reg and MOT due date, your phone number and a booking button.
• No adverts and no offers: just a service reminder from their mechanic.

Built to keep you on the right side of the rules

Reminders are service messages to your existing customers. You confirm you have the right to contact them before switching on, every email carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who opts out is never emailed again.

MOT dates are refreshed every week from official MOT records, so customers whose car has just passed its MOT don't get a reminder.
